• Inquiry form data: the name, email, phone (if provided), selected savings goal, and message you submit through the contact form on this site.
• Consent preference: a single value (accepted or rejected) stored in your own browser under the key fc_consent_v1 to remember your cookie-consent choice.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this site. No analytics cookies are set.

How your data is used and the legal basis

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation — we process the form data you submit on the basis of the consent you give when sending the form, and because the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering an engagement.
• To remember your consent choice — stored locally in your browser only; it never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Inquiry data is sent only to the same-domain server handler at /api/inquiry on this site. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry form data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards in case of follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a client, relevant information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Thai accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access, correct, copy, port, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@focuscraft.digital with the subject “Data request”. We will respond within 30 days.

Transfers outside Thailand

Your inquiry data is processed on the server that hosts this website. If that hosting is located outside Thailand, we rely on hosting providers that provide appropriate safeguards for personal data. No data is transferred for marketing purposes.

Security

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to the same-domain handler. Access to stored inquiry data is restricted to authorised people within FocusCraft Financial Planning. No method of transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, but we apply measures reasonable for the sensitivity of inquiry data.

Children

This site and our consultations are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the foot of this page reflects the last review. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
