Refund Policy

This policy sets out when a fee for a paid goal-based planning consultation can be refunded, and how cancellations and rescheduling work. The durations below are standard market-consistent terms; they are confirmed in your engagement letter and are proposed, pending business confirmation.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to paid consultations and plan engagements with FocusCraft Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID / TIN: 0105390126267). It does not apply to the free initial inquiry — sending a message through the contact form costs nothing and creates no obligation.

Eligibility

• Before work has started (the consultation has not taken place and no plan has been drafted): a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• After a consultation session but before a written plan is delivered: a partial refund of 50% is available if you request it within 7 days of the session and before the plan is delivered.
• After a written plan has been delivered: the engagement is considered complete and the fee is non-refundable, except where required by Thai consumer protection law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs incurred on your behalf at your written request (for example, fees paid to a separate document service) are not refundable once incurred.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a consultation once at no charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), are charged at 50% of the session fee, because the time cannot be rebooked at short notice.

Deposits

If a deposit is taken to secure an engagement, it is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start, and is otherwise applied in full to the engagement fee.

Work already started

For engagements with multiple sessions, work completed up to the point of cancellation is chargeable on a pro-rata basis against the agreed fee.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of the refund being confirmed. Any banking fees deducted along the way are outside our control.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Send your request in writing to info@focuscraft.digital with the subject “Refund request”, or call +66-53-274-816. Please include the name on the engagement and the date of the session. We will confirm receipt within two business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under Thai consumer protection law. If a term here conflicts with a non-excludable legal right, the legal right prevails.
